Senegal Convention Center

King David Residences is a truly landmark development in the capital of Georgia, consisting of two beautifully designed towers located in the heart of the city, on the bank of the Mtkvari River between Heroes' Square and Queen Tamar Bridge. Most of Tbilisi's attractions are within a 10-15 minute drive from this central location. We are proud and happy to be part of this project.

The project used 13 air handling units, 3 chilled water units and 109 Fancoil devices.
