Air Handling Unit
Air handling units used in living spaces that require heating, cooling and ventilation can be easily used in any space thanks to the flexible range of capacity selection. By calculating the required heat energy and fresh air depending on the number of people staying inside, you can select the appropriate air conditioning unit, which ensures more comfortable air conditioning conditions.
What is an air handling unit?
Central air conditioners are manufactured using cellular stainless steel profiles and double-wall panels. The inner walls of the panels are made of galvanized, painted galvanized or stainless steel, while the outer walls are made of epoxy-coated galvanized sheet metal. Inside the panels, an insulating material with a density of 70 kg/m3 based on basalt and diabase is used. Under all panel cells there are specially shaped supports with a height of 200 mm. All control doors use special rubber seals to ensure tightness. Round observation windows are used in the inspection doors of the fan and filter cell. The central cells are connected using connecting elements. Adjustable motorized air louvers are used in the outlet sections of central air conditioners. Central air conditioners usually use directly driven plug-in fans and belt-driven centrifugal fans - cassettes with thin or dense blades. Asynchronous motors are used to drive centrifugal fans.
What is a central air conditioner?
Central air conditioners are easily used in any room of any capacity thanks to their flexible range of capacity selections, and are designed to provide comfort in spaces that require heating, cooling and ventilation. By calculating the required supply of heat energy and fresh air depending on the number of people staying inside, you can select the appropriate air conditioning unit, which ensures more comfortable air conditioning conditions.
What is a hygienic air conditioner?
Hygienic air conditioners are used in rooms such as the clean room, operating room, intensive care unit, laboratory and areas where room cleanliness standards apply. The design of hygienic air conditioners is significantly different from other air conditioners. They are manufactured in a very durable construction in terms of strength and tightness. The internal surfaces of the hygienic air conditioner are made of full quality 304 stainless steel. There are no sharp edges or corners that could trap dirt and dust. Hygienic air conditioners use a 3-stage filtration system. In the first stage, a G4 coarse filter is used, in the second stage, an F7 bag filter, and in the third stage, an F9 bag filter.
What are heat recovery air conditioners?
Heat recovery air conditioners are produced in three different variants:
- Air conditioners with a cross-flow plate heat exchanger:
In these air conditioners, the air flow in the fan and blower ducts passes through a plate heat exchanger, and the thermal energy from the exhaust air is transferred to the supply air.
- Air conditioners with heat recovery wheel:
In the case of these air conditioners, heat transfer between the suction and supply ducts is carried out using circulation pumps that are mounted on copper pipes and heat exchangers with aluminum vents. The thermal energy is transferred to the supply air.
What are air handling units?
Air handling units are air conditioners that provide conditions appropriate for rooms where fresh air is required. Air conditioners with 100% fresh air operate on the basis of cooling and dx systems. Heating demand is met by central heating boilers and dx systems.
